Orders are processed between 24-48 hours after we’ve received them (excluding weekends). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your package’s tracking information.
Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or duties and fees mandated by customs (Customs $ value will be annotated as the full value of all products – discounts are not considered in the customs total value).
Most orders will arrive between 3 to 7 days by USPS. If you have not received your order within 10 business days please email orders@purepower4u.com.
International orders may take approximately 15 business days or more for delivery, depending on the respective country’s customs and postal processes.
